| Description | COVID-19感染拡大の影響を受けて，2020年度成人看護学領域総合実習は学内でシミュレーション実習として行った．この内容について実践報告する．そして履修した卒業生へのアンケートとインタビューから，入職後の臨床の場で，本実習の内容がどのように活かされているか，学内で代替実習としたことによる影響などを調査したので併せて報告する． 調査の結果，今回の総合実習については，①《複数患者の検温・報告》《多重課題》演習は入職後も活用できる現実的な内容であった，②リフレクションサイクルを意識した演習プログラムでの学びは自律的な学びを引き出した，③今回のシミュレーション実習では模擬患者や看護師からの学びが得られずコミュニケーションに課題が残った，の３点が示された．プログラムの工夫により，学内実習においても経験し得られる学びがあることが確認でき，今後の実習プログラム構築への示唆が得られた． |
