| Description | 本研究では，千葉県内の高齢者施設（介護老人福祉施設・介護老人保健施設・ケアハウス）の代表者を対象に，新型コロナウイルス感染症による行動制限が施設高齢者の生活に与えた影響に関する質問紙調査を実施した．その結果，すべての施設で陽性者の出現状況が多く認められ，介護老人福祉施設と介護老人保健施設ではクラスタ―の発生率も高かった．外出の機会，レクリエーション活動，家族等の面会は，すべての施設において制限していた割合が多く，身体活動量，体操リハビリテーション，レクリエーション活動，活動範囲，歩行能力，家族や，入所者などの関わりに低下が認められ，身体的・社会的な衰えがもたらされた可能性が示唆された．また，すべての施設において認知機能や精神状態に影響がみられた． | |||||
